Club Cultivate specializes in helping at-risk young adults overcome behavioral and emotional barriers. What makes us unique is our focus on creating lasting impact in the community by providing Purpose-Centered mentorship, mental health practices, and using video creation to amplify youth voices. Our team provides hands-on activities to emphasize the importance of using technology as a tool to build authenticity and opportunities.
Meet the Mentors
Radames Batista
Radames Batista serves as the Chief Operating Officer of Old Soul Young World LLC, where he oversees daily operations and drives the organization’s mission to inspire change through authentic communication, emotional brilliance, and creative mentorship. His work focuses on making a lasting impact by integrating art, media, and personal development into meaningful experiences for diverse audiences.
Currently, he is a Transition Coach and Mentor for young adults aged 14-22, guiding them through career exploration rooted in their artistic and personal passions. With a background in facilitating youth workshops, leading school art mural projects, and hosting clothing design workshops, Nelson combines creativity with leadership to empower the next generation.
Jessie Elly
Jessie Elly is the Founder, CEO, and Executive Producer/Host of Old Soul Young World LLC, a platform dedicated to inspiring and empowering individuals through storytelling and creativity. With a background in communications and extensive experience as a youth program director and Coach Mentor, Jessie brings a unique blend of leadership and artistic vision to her work.
As a multidisciplinary artist with over a decade of experience in painting, writing, and spoken word poetry, Jessie is passionate about inspiring young entrepreneurs to embrace their purpose early in life. Her advocacy for mental wellness, particularly within youth and media spaces, underscores her commitment to fostering meaningful connections and impactful change.
