April 11, 2025 • Gallery T.A.L.K.: Word is Bond (Volume 2)
Join us for an electrifying evening at Gallery T.A.L.K: Word is Bond (Volume 2) —an immersive panel discussion and performance experience where art, music, and storytelling collide.
This edition of Gallery T.A.L.K brings together four dynamic artists who will dive deep into the theme "Word is Bond"—exploring the power of words, authenticity, and commitment in their music, creative expression, and daily lives. Through an engaging panel discussion and an interactive audience Q&A, you'll get an exclusive look into how these artists shape their narratives and stay true to their artistry.
Following the conversation, witness the raw talent firsthand as each artist takes the stage to showcase their craft through live performances. Whether through spoken word, music, or movement, their expressions will bring the discussion full circle, turning words into action.
Some of the best artists in Boston and beyond will be joining us- La Rosa (2x Boston Music Awards Latina Artist of the Year) Nate Nics ( Hiphop/ Rapper and educator) Ashanti Eva Davenport (Singer, Songwriter and Healer) & Paradoxic King (Poet, Producer & Rapper) and moderated by Jessie Elly (CEO of OSYW, Host, Mental Health Advocate and Artist)
Enjoy a night of inspiration, connection, and creativity with handheld finger foods provided, along with plenty of photo and video opportunities to capture the moment.

Mental Makeover: Polar Plunge
On Saturday, January 11th, 2025, despite the freezing temperatures and literal snowstorm, Team Old Soul Young World took the plunge for our third year in a row to support Mental Makeover at their Freezing for a Reason Polar Plunge.
The Polar Plunge is Mental Makeover’s annual event dedicated to raising awareness for mental health advocacy on the Northshore, a cause near and dear to our hearts. We couldn’t be more grateful to the 30 amazing supporters who helped OSYW raise $1,300 in donations.
OSYW is committed to advocating for vulnerable communication and breaking barriers for those facing mental or physical wellness challenges, and we can’t wait to see you all again next year!
Give Joy to the World: A Give Back Event
For the 2024 holiday season, Old Soul Young World teamed up with Centerboard's Lynn Family Resource Center, Chroma Boston Studios, Personality Hire, and Graff City to spread joy and make magic happen for local children in need. From November 18th to December 14th, we collected donations of toys and gift cards for local families in need.
On December 14th, 2024 members of the community from all across the Northshore got together to wrap presents that were distributed at the Lynn Family Resource Center’s annual Toys for Tots event. Special thanks to Nelson Hospitality for the cookies and refreshments.
Together, we have the power to uplift our community through love.
