We build with intention

Jessie Elly CEO & Host
Jessie Elly has felt a deep sense of purpose since she first began writing in elementary school. From an early age, storytelling became her way of understanding the world, expressing emotion and connecting with others in an honest and vulnerable way.
Over the years, she pursued creativity on her own terms through spoken word competitions, live painting, selling artwork, video creation, and media storytelling. Creativity was never just a passion for Jessie — it became a lifeline and a way to turn pain into purpose.
Today, Jessie is the CEO and host of Old Soul Young World. With a background in journalism from Salem State University, she is a motivational speaker, mental health advocate, youth mentor and multifaceted artist.
Growing up, Jessie struggled with her mental health during a time when conversations were not openly welcomed. Instead of allowing those struggles to define her, she transformed them into the foundation of her work and purpose. As a young entrepreneur, she has experienced both failure and success, using every lesson as fuel to build meaningful spaces where people feel seen, heard and empowered.
Through everything she creates, Jessie hopes to remind others that that the soul is what builds resilience. Her mission is to inspire people to embrace their story, trust their voice and understand that our Purpose is truly our Power.
